Available Test:

Motors

• Motor Shorts: Tests if motor is burnt and if there are any short in the motor, and if so, determine where
• Motor Phases Resistance: Measure resistance within motor phases
• Motor Hall Sensor Tests: Test that all 3 position hall sensors in the motor are working correctly

Battery

• Battery Capacity: Test battery capacity (Ah) and working voltage range. Prints a report with a chart showing voltage and capacity with time
• Battery Voltage Drop: Test how the battery handles heavy loads
• Battery Voltage: Simple real time voltage reading of battery voltage

Controller

• 5V Line: Test to see if controller’s 5V line is functional and live
• Shorts: Test All mosfets and reports back each mosfets resistance (6 points: each mosfet to battery + and battery –
• Communication with LCD: Listens to communication with LCD and translates common protocols such as KM5S and KT to simple english so you can read what the controller is saying in real time. Typical data includes error codes and motor speed
• Power to LCD (B+): Tests that the controller is able to take B+ and send it to LCD

LCD/LED Display

• Turn on Test: Tests if the controller is able to turn on, does so by testing if the LCD is able to take in B+ and converting it to 5V to activate the a key back to the controller
• Communication to Controller: Listens to communication with controller and translates common protocols such as KM5S and KT to simple english so you can read what the LCD is saying in real time. Typical data includes PAS level, max speed, turn on lights and how much power to use.

Cadence Sensor

• Pedal Test: Tests if the cadence sensor is working and displays pedalling cadence

Torque Sensor

• Connect-to-Bike Test: Tests torque sensor lines connected to controller
• Connect-to-Tool Test: Easier since you do not need to take out the controller. Able to send power to the torque sensor and simulate a controller, lets you test even when pedalling by hand, no need for road testing under load

Throttle

• Throttle Test: Tests the full range of work for the throttle, and tells you on the interface how pushed down the throttle is at any moment.
• Throttle Simulation: Able to test the bike without the throttle plugged in to see if the bike and motor will accept throttle input and engage motor

Brake Sensor

• Brake Sensor Test:Test if the brake sensors are on or off in real time
