Items that are in stock at our US warehouse are generally delivered within 3–7 business days. Larger vehicles (enclosed mobility scooters, ATVs and UTVs) ship by freight carrier and are delivered curbside; we will contact you to schedule delivery. Special-order items take longer — we will confirm the estimated lead time after you order. Delivery estimates are our best guess based on manufacturer availability and do not imply a guaranteed delivery window.

All shipments are tracked and insured. Please inspect your delivery and note any damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing.

We keep pricing simple and clear: no hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes all import duties, taxes and the shipping cost to our US facility. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility to your door.
